Sulfur Cube
Sulfur Cube — mob.
Natural spawning
Sulfur cubes are hostile jumping mobs found in sulfur caves. The cave biome gives them the highest monster weight in its spawn table, alongside smaller groups of common underground monsters.

Drops
The published entity loot table has no regular item entries. Adult cubes still award a random 1–2 experience points when killed by a player, while babies award no experience; a compatible body item is handled separately as equipment.

Interaction
Use a bucket to pick up a sulfur cube. An adult can swallow an item from the sulfur-cube item tag, can be sheared to eject it, and can be primed with flint and steel or a fire charge when its equipped archetype allows an explosion.

Sounds
The entity selects separate small and large hurt, death, squish and jump sounds. Absorbing and ejecting a body item use dedicated sulfur-cube events, while the particle effect is the sulfur-cube goo particle.

Behavior
Sulfur cubes use the shared cube movement pattern: they jump, squish on landing and split when a large cube dies. An adult uses size 2, splits into two size-1 babies and can swallow tagged items into its body slot. A cube carrying a compatible item can receive archetype attributes such as bouncing, sliding, stickiness, heat or explosion behaviour.
