1st Pre-release of Version 1.19.4!

These changes occurred in pre-release 1.20:
Note - Worlds with experiments from snapshot 23w07a cannot be used in this release.

● Here is the list of experimental changes:

1. Creating a brush now requires a feather, a copper ingot, and a stick.
2. The color of the Sniffer spawn egg has been changed.
3. The recipe for the decorated pot made from bricks can now be found in the recipe book.

● Here is the list of other changes:

1. Enchantment "Glowing Aura":
2. The power of the glow has been increased.
3. By default, the "Glow Power" parameter is now set to 75%.
4. Potions no longer glow.

● Added a built-in resource pack that increases the contrast of user interface elements:

1. The resource pack can be enabled in the resource pack menu or in the "Accessibility" menu.
2. Currently, the resource pack is only available in the menu, but developers plan to add it to the in-game interface in the future.

● Updated resource pack version to 13.

● World creation menu:

1. Has been updated.
2. Tabs now have unique visual effects.
3. Tabs are centered.
4. Screen content is aligned to the top.

● Bugs fixed:

1. Potions are now more distinguishable.
   
2. Camels, horses, and mules no longer jump over water.
3. Pigs now spawn in cherry groves.
4. Other, less interesting bugs have also been fixed.
