Obtaining

Warped hyphae are found as part of huge warped fungi in warped forests. They can be mined with any tool, but an axe breaks them fastest; a normally mined block drops itself. Unlike Overworld wood, this Nether wood family is not flammable.

Breaking

The block keeps its own drop when broken and is not affected by the usual wood fire behavior of Overworld logs. Use an axe when harvesting a large fungus because the block family is treated as a wood-like building set.

Natural generation

Huge warped fungi use warped stems and warped hyphae for their trunks and branches. The surrounding warped forest supplies the nylium and fungi that make these structures recognizable in the Nether.

Usage

The block occupies a standard full volume and is shown with an isometric preview.

Warped hyphae are a full building block with the bark texture on every face. They have three log-axis orientations, can be stripped with an axe, and are not a furnace fuel. Their stripped form provides the cleaner, teal-toned variant used by doors, signs, planks, and other Nether wood pieces.
