I've been playing for 4 hours and still can't figure out how to claim territory. The commands listed in the docs don't work. Those blocks placed in Anarchy that are supposedly meant to explain how to claim land aren't helping much either. I even donated, but it had no effect. There are zero players on the server. There's not even anyone to ask.
